Elf on the Shelf

On the run up to Christmas we will be visited by a number of elves. To keep up to date with the elves adventures please follow our social media channels and follow our Elf on the Shelf diaries below.

On Wednesday, our visiting elf Elfis and his snow choir have been busy promoting the Christmas Concert.

Our annual Christmas Concert is taking place on 20th December 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the concert promises to be thoroughly enjoyable evening. We are extremely proud of our students, and this is an excellent opportunity to showcase their talents, skills, and creativity. Further information about our festive events can be found here.

On Tuesday our visiting elf has been busy making snowmen, snowwomen and a very cute snow dog, very fitting with the current sub zero temperatures.

It looks like our visiting elf has been having lots of fun over the weekend. We have heard a whisper that the elves have been busy planning more fantastic displays to delight us all. We can’t wait to see what they have been making.

On Friday, our visiting elf has been busy promoting individuality and supporting each other. The elf has poems about building each other up, supporting one another and the importance of everyone being different.

On Wednesday, a visiting elf was busy spreading the word about our Arena Foodbank Appeal.

Between 2011 and 2022 Arena Foodbank have given away over 20,000 parcels to families and individuals in hardship. Over 47% of all food parcels given out are for families of 3 or more. They serve an average of 85 meals a week, and over 100 a week during Christmas. They have connections with local housing charities to help tenants that are in dire need of food.

Your child has been provided with a list of suggested donation items; we hope that you can support us with this worthy cause.

On Tuesday, a visiting Garden Elf has been sharing their secrets of how to grow candy canes from candy cane seeds, much to the delight of our students and staff.

On Monday, our visiting elf entertained us with a gallery of some familiar academy faces. Can you spot who they are in their reindeer disguises?
